Jimmy Lacy is the founder of YouShapeYou Fitness. He helps individuals and athletes reach their fitness and athletic goals. Jimmy attended Peoria Manual High School and was one of the most decorated high school sprinter's in Peoria's history.

He received a track scholarship to Parkland Junior College and graduated with an Associates Degree. He also recieved a track scholarship to the University of Illinois and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communications.

Jimmy has been a personal trainer for over 7 years and has run a Youth Speed and Agility Program for 2 years. He was also the sprint coach for Jefferson Middle School. Multifaceted, Jimmy also has a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu and loves lifting weights. He has been married for 19 years and has 3 wonderful children.
